Connellsville property owners found guilty of code violations

1 min read

CONNELLSVILLE – A local judge found a city property owner guilty of several code violations and gave another commercial building owner with similar citations an additional two weeks to outline his compliance plan during hearings held Tuesday in the separate matters.

Linda Allen, who along with her husband Rodney Allen own vacant structures at 115/117 S. Pittsburgh St. and 223 N. Third St., attended the hearing before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr. to explain why the multiple code violations levied by the Connellsville Health Board by its enforcement officer, Tom Currey, have yet to be resolved.
