Shirley E. Moser Burnworth, age 90 of McClellandtown, Pa., passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011 in the Uniontown Hospital.

She was born May 7, 1921 in Youngwood, Westmoreland Co. Pa., daughter of Leslie B. Moser and Jenny Rockwell Moser.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Robert Burnworth, 2 sons, Larry M. Burnworth and Ronald E. Burnworth, 2 brothers, Elliott Hoover and Harold Hoover and a sister, Jean Neurohr.

Shirley was a member of Grace Brethren Church, Uniontown, where she was a devoted Sunday School teacher for many years.

Surviving is her son, Robert L. Burnworth and wife Twanna of Charleston, W.Va.; her daughter, Arvilla R. Kline of Hagerstown, Md.; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grand-children.

Friends will be received in the H. DAVID McELROY FUNERAL HOME, 803 Main Street, McClellandtown, Pa. on Saturday, August 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Hour of Service. Pastor Roland R. Maust will officiate.

Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
