Suewlia ‘Sue’ Ellsworth Kotulock, age 95, of Canfield, Ohio, formerly of Fairchance, Pennsylvania went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 6, 2011 from Hospice of the Valley in Poland, Ohio.

She was born on Saturday, May 13, 1916 in Fairchance, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William Ellsworth and Eliza Jane Sutton Ellsworth.

‘Sue’ was a member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Fairchance.

In her younger days, she was an employee of the now former G. C. Murphy Company on Main Street in Uniontown, Pennsylvania for ten years.

‘Sue’ dedicated her life to her family. Her caring and loving nature will forever remain in our memories.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Adam Kotulock; sons-in-law, Andrew Wydo and Howard Yerger; two sisters, Margaret Martin and Nora Uhler; one brother, William Ellsworth; and her parents.

Surviving are four children: Thomas W. Kotulock and his wife Dolores of Canfield, Ohio, Mary Jane Yerger of Ramsey, Minnesota, Judy Wydo of Uniontown, Pennsylvania and Karen F. Kalamets and her husband George of Canfield, Ohio; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Hazel Uhler of Fairchance, Dolly Moody of Clearfield, Pennsylvania and J a n i e H a r t w i c k o f North Royalton, Ohio.

Family will receive Friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church Street, Fairchance, today from 6 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 until 10:30 a.m., when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. in the Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Fairchance, with the Reverend Father Andrew M. Kawecki as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Saint Joseph’s Cemetery, Fairchance, Pennsylvania.

A Parish Wake Service will be held this evening in the funeral home at 8:45 p.m.
