Accident victim identified

CONNELLSVILLE – Connellsville police have released the names of those involved in a Monday accident along West Crawford Avenue.

According to investigators, Charles Schroyer, 66, of Vanderbilt, walked into West Crawford Avenue and was struck by Jasmine Debeary, 24, of Connellsville, as she was traveling westbound.
