Man jailed following violent assault in Springfield Township
A Normalville man is facing multiple charges after he assaulted another man at a location in Springfield Township.
State police Trooper Andrew Bobanic said Aaron Kendall Schrock, 23, of 148 Buttermilk Hollow Road was charged before Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Haggerty Jr. with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Bobanic said the charges were filed after Schrock brutally attacked Cory Adam Goodwin, 19, also of Normalville, at a residence on Springfield Pike July 30.
Bobanic said the altercation between Schrock and Goodwin occurred when the men were on the porch of a residence drinking.
