Uniontown man faces charge for defecating at local casino

By Heraldstandard.Com 1 min read

State police said an elderly Uniontown man is facing a single charge for disorderly conduct after he was caught defecating outside the Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County Sunday afternoon.

Trooper Michael J. Kirsopp said Joseph J. Simkanin, 84, was caught defecating in a parking spot reserved for state Gaming Control Board agents at 1 p.m. Kirsopp said that when control board agents confronted Simkanin about what occurred and told him he had to clean it up, he refused.

Simkanin then walked into the casino telling the agents that he was going to play “for a little bit.”

Meadows security then removed Simkanin from the premises and police filed the charge against him.
