Georges man waives gun charges to court

A Georges Township man will have his day in court on charges he fired a round from a pistol at a woman sitting on a couch inside his mobile home July 30.

State police Trooper George Mrosko said Donald Fouch of 17 Price Road was charged before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. with recklessly endangering another person and two felony counts for illegal possession of a firearm.

Fouch waived all charges against him to Fayette County Court during a preliminary hearing today before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham.
