Donald Richard Shamrock, 68 of Lemont Furnace, Pa., passed away on Friday, August 5, 2011 at Mt. Macrina Manor, Uniontown, Pa.

Donald was born in Fairchance, Pa. on May 22, 1943, the son of Joseph Martin and Laura Alice (Hess) Shamrock.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by infant twin sisters.

He worked for 26 years with Brad Ragan, Inc. at Center Independent Oil and Tractor Supply until he retired.

Donald is survived by a brother Daniel W. Shamrock and wife Crystal of Lemont Furnace and a sister Alice ‘Sis’ Guthrie and husband Carl of Grindstone; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, August 13, 2011 until 10 a.m. at which time a service will be held by Rev. Galen Winebrenner.

Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemtery, Fairchance.
