Uniontown man wanted for sex assault

State police said they have secured a warranted for the arrest of a Uniontown man accused of sexually assaulting a South Union Township teenager on two occasions in July.

Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. issued a warrant for the arrest of Eric David Love Sr., 23, of 167 E. Coffee St. on charges of statutory sexual assault and indecent assault.

Trooper Joseph Timms said the charges were filed against Love after he had sex with the 15-year-old girl on two occasions, July 20 and July 22, at the girl’s home while her parents were out.
