Patrick A. Cogar, 43, of Point Marion was cited with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a yard at 219 Blosser Hill Road owned by Wendy L. Naylor, 48, of Point Marion. A Law & Order item published Tuesday incorrectly identified Naylor as the person charged. HeraldStandard.com apologizes for the error.
