Carl E. Koslosky, 81, died Sunday, August 21, 2011.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Mihalek Koslosky; two sons: Jeffrey J. Koslosky and Kevin C. Koslosky; one grandson; two sisters: Dorothy Holan and Nancy Cartino; three brothers: Kenneth Koslosky, Robert Koslosky and Richard Koslosky and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 8 P.M. in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, Bentleyville, where funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday, August 25.
