Charges dropped in assault case
All charged were dropped against a Uniontown man accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend at a location in Uniontown July 11.
Uniontown police Officer Michael Bittner said Michael Thomas Ream, 18, of 38 Lawn Ave. was charged Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros with two counts of simple assault and a single harassment count following the alleged assault.
