Police search for robbery suspect

State police are searching for a male who robbed a Dunbar Township convenience store after threatening an employee with a knife.

Trooper Craig M. Soltis said the robbery occurred at the Dairy Mart store, located at 2001 W. Crawford Ave., at 10:53 p.m. Monday.

The male, according to Soltis, was described as being about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin build. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt with a white undershirt, jeans and black gloves, and he covered his face with a blue bandana.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call police at 724-439-7111.
