Uniontown police Sgt. Wayne Brown said police secured a warrant for the arrest of Kenneth M. Johnson, 27, of 89 Millview St. on charges including illegal possession of a firearm, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Brown said the warrant was issued by Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros after Johnson fired a single round from a handgun during a dispute with William Smith of Uniontown at a location in Pershing Court.

The warrant for Johnson’s arrest was issued one day after Uniontown police Detective Donald M.
