Willis A. ‘Will’ Lancaster
Willis A. “Will” Lancaster, 47 of Fredericktown, Pa., died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 in Shadyside Hospital.
He was born December 3, 1964 in Brownsville, Pa. a son of the late Clarence Lancaster, Sr. and Leona Porterfield Meadows of Fredericktown, Pa., who survives.
Mr. Lancaster was a 1984 graduate of Beth Center High School.
He was employed as a certified welder for Brownsville Marine Products.
Mr. Lancaster was a member of the Miners Club of Richeyville, Pa. He enjoyed drawing, riding his Harley Davidson, hunting and fishing.
Surviving in addition to his mother are two daughters, Nicole Lynn VanNuys (Richard) of Jackson MI and Keri Ann Lancaster (Jesse Beaulieu) of Fairfield ME; five brothers, James Lancaster of Montana, Bryan Lancaster of Fredericktown Pa., George Lancaster of Fredericktown Pa., John Hickman of Beallsville, Pa. and James Houge who was not only his brother but also his best friend; two sisters, Loretta Lancaster of Fredericktown Pa. and Leona Biser of Vestaburg, Pa.; two grandchildren, Aurora VanNuys and Gracie Beaulieu; three step sisters, Flora Meadows, Mary Piro and Amanda Meadows and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to his father is a brother, Clarence Lancaster, Jr.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, Pa.
There will be no public visitation. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Royal, Pa. with Rev. Carl Kibler officiating.
A reception will follow in the Jefferson Church of the Nazarene, 168 Washington Street, Jefferson, PA 15344.
