Henrietta Bessie Easter Keffer, 77, of McClellandtown Pa., passed peacefully away Saturday, December 10, 2011 at her residence with loving family members by her side.

She was born July 29, 1934 in Lily, Pa.

Preceding her in death were her parents, George Peter Easter and Regina (Bowie) Easter; her husband, Jesse Merle Keffer; two daughters, Barbara Ann Castillo and Kim Lee Johnston; a brother, George ‘Sonny’ Easter; and a sister, Dorothy Easter.

Surviving are four children: Cindy Marie Keffer, Linda Jo Miller, Valerie Ann Keffer and Jesse Merle Keffer III all of McClellandtown; eight grand children and ten great grand children; and two sisters: Margaret Minsky and husband Edward of Brownsville, Pa., and Toody Mattie and husband Nello of Perryopolis, Pa.

Funeral arrangements are under direction of JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Ave., Uniontown, and will be private
