Pandalyn Diane ‘Pandy’ Forrest, 51 of Connellsville, Pa. passed away unexpectedly Saturday, December 10, 2011 at her home.

Family and friends are invited to attend a GRAVESIDE Committal Service to be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Scottdale Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Marvin C. Watson officiating.

Interment will follow there. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of one’s choice in memory of Pandalyn D. Forrest.
