Virginia Mae Sadler
Virginia Mae Sadler, age 90 of Uniontown, Pa., passed away suddenly December 18, 2011 in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born May 23, 1921 in Monessen, Pa., daughter of the late richard and Ethel Sadler Webb.
Virginia worked as a domestic laborer. She enjoyed dining out, picnics and holiday celebrations with loved ones.
Left to cherish Grandma’s memories are her loved ones: Kathryn and Robert Palmer, Jr. and wife Morgan and their family members: son Robert Palmer III of Augusta Ga.; daughter Lisa Murray and husband Gary of Uniontown and their sons Greg and Craig Dodson; daughter Shelba, Jessica and Courtney Murray of Uniontown; daughter Denise Gallo Thomas and her daughters Jessica and Jenna Gallo of Uniontown; daughter Nicol Wells and children Ashley Evans and Joey Wells of Uniontown. She also was cherished by her close friend Arthur Sumar of Grindstone, Pa.
She was known as ‘Grandma’ by all who loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Wilforn Sadler and loved one Jim Woods and three sisters, M. Elizabeth Borne, Mildred Lucas and Dorothy Swan.
Loved ones will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood on Thursday from 4 to 6 and 7 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Brian Young. Private burial will be held in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, Pa.
