By Josh Krysak heraldstandard.Com 1 min read

A Uniontown man man accused of sexually assaulting a South Union Township teenager on two occasions in July will stand trial for indecent assault.

State police Trooper Joseph Timms said Eric David Love Sr., 23, of 167 E. Coffee St. was charged by Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. with statutory sexual assault and indecent assault.

Following a preliminary hearing this afternoon during which the alleged victim did not testify but Timms did, George held the indecent assault charge for Fayette County Court and dismissed the sexual assault charge.
