A Uniontown man who allegedly held up a former classmate at a Hopwood convenience store in December waived the charges against him to Fayette County Court on Wednesday.

Jeffrey Clark, 25, allegedly went into the Dairy Mart on Hopwood Fairchance Road in South Union Township on Dec. 27 and after he asked for cigarettes, told the clerk he wanted “all the money from the register.
