State police identify driver in truck wreck
State police have identified the driver of a box truck that toppled over an embankment on Furnace Hill Road in Dunbar Township on Tuesday evening.
Charles Humes, 31, of New Stanton was flown from the scene, but information on his condition was not available, police said. Humes was heading to work when he lost control of the truck trying to negotiate a right curve, slid clockwise and slid from lane to lane, police said.
The truck ultimately rolled over the embankment, police said.
Humes had to be freed from the truck before he was flown to the hospital.
