Rose Marie Perkins Grow
Rose Marie Perkins Grow, 65 years, of Grindstone, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
Rose was born on November 17, 1945 in P e r r y o p o l i s, Pennsylvania the Daughter of William Perkins and Edna (Forsythe) Perkins.
Rose loved cooking, baking and taking care of the elderly.
She worked at Colonial Manor in Brownsville until it closed and ten years at the Chuck Wagon until her illness.
Rose was preceded in death by her Father; and by her Husband, Cecil Grow Sr.
She is survived by her Mother; by Rick Chiovitti; nine Children: Cecil Grow, Todd Grow and wife Lisa, Kimberly DeBerry and husband Fred, Richard Grow, Robert Grow and his wife Jen, Marie Grow, Edith Sullivan and husband John, Adam Grow, Eve Yoders and husband Ed; thirty-five Grandchildren; thirty Great Grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Friends will be received in NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA today (Sunday, January 2, 2011) from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on M o n d a y, January 3, 2011 until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with Rev. Terry Upton officiating.
Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Smock, Pennsylvania.
