George Earl “JR” Walchock III
George Earl “JR” Walchock III, age 27 years, of Charleroi, Pennsylvania died in the Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc., Carroll Township, on Thursday, January 6, 2011.
He was born on Saturday, September 3, 1983 in Carroll Township, Pennsylvania, Son of George E. Walchock and Amy Breckenridge Mouyard.
George was a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for TeleTech in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
George was preceded in death by his Father; by his Maternal Grandfather, Robert Breckenridge; by his Paternal Grandparents, George and Geraldine Walchock; and by an aunt, Debra Sabolek.
Surviving are his Mother and Step Father, Amy and Tim M o u y a r d of D u n l e v y, Pennsylvania; two Brothers: Collin Mouyard and Alex Mouyard; his Girlfriend of six years, Nikki Magnone of Charleroi; his Maternal Grandmother, Judie Ambler of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania; and Step Grandparents, Tim and Sherry Mouyard of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins; and by his three faithful pet cats, Moose, Cheeseburger and Baby G.
