Forbes Field was home to the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1909 until 1970. Here’s a photo of employees of the Service Radio and Electric Co. and their guests attending a Pirate game at Forbes Field in the early 1950s. In the top row (from left) are an unidentified person, George Molesy, Bob Davis, James McGee, Charles King, Cedric Simmons, Warren Parke, Craig Parke, Fred Nehls and John Kemp. In the bottom row (from left) are an unidentified person, Russ Whaley, Simon Bukovitz, Ernest Bukovitz, Edwin Gaither, Nate Galderise, Herb King and James Silbaugh.
