Pamela J. A n d e r s o n Ellsworth, 53, of Smithfield, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at home. Family will receive Friends in DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. today, January 10, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rev. Ken Walls officiating.

Interment will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pennsylvania.
