Three men face charges of homicide and conspiracy to commit homicide in the death of a California Borough man in 2003.

Arrested Friday were Howard Irwin Jr., 53, of Charleroi and Michael Duncan, 34, of Amherst, Ohio. A third man, John Bronson Jr., 54, is currently in federal custody. He is expected to be arraigned at a later date.

The three men are charged in the Feb. 3, 2003 death of John Newman, who was found shot to death in his car just a few blocks from his home.
