REPUBLIC, GRINDSTONE AND NEW SALEM FIRE DEPARTMENTS will hold a cash bash bingo Sunday at the Republic Fire Department social hall from 1:45 to 5 p.m. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Only 333 tickets will be sold. FOREIGN MISSION AUXILIARY of the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association will present an international food festival, “A Trip Around the World,” at 1 p.m. Saturday at the YWBA Christian Center, Route 21 and Duck Hollow Road, Uniontown.

MAPLETOWN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH will hold a creamed chicken and biscuit dinner from 3 to 6 p.m. Jan. 22. Meals are $7. Proceeds will go to the church building fund. Call 724-943-3219 with any questions or for directions.
