Four injured in Menallen crash

Multiple people suffered injuries when three vehicles collided Sunday evening on Route 40 in Menallen Township.

Fayette County 911 said four people suffered injuries and were transported from the scene after their vehicles crashed near Henning Lane at 5:52 p.m.

Emergency responders said two of the people suffered serious injuries and were flown by medical helicopter to area hospitals.

The other two people were transported by ambulance to Uniontown Hospital for medical treatment, according to responders.
