Virginia Trimarke Stitt
0006008390-01-1.jpg Virginia Trimarke Stitt of Masonic Village at Sewickley and formerly of Patterson Township, Beaver Falls, Pennsyl-vania died on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 in K i n d r e d Hospital at Heritage V a l l e y, Beaver, Pennsylvania. She was born on Saturday, April 19, 1924 in B u t l e r, Pennsylvania the daughter of Frank and Angeline Trimarke.
Virginia was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. All these roles were handled with grace.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Brighton, the Merrick Art Gallery Associates, and the Medley Club.
She served as President of the Board for the Beaver County Children’s Home.
Virginia was a buyer for the J. W. Stitt Furniture Store Inc.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 64 years, John Wesley Stitt on Sunday, April 18, 2010; and a sister, Elizabeth “Bette” Jones of Miami, Florida.
Virginia is survived by a daughter Susan Stitt Moskovitz and her husband Dr. Morry Moskovitz, PattersonTownship Pennsylvania and a daughter Sarah “Sally” Stitt, Brownsville Pennsylvania; granddaughters: Brittany Alison Moskovitz and Courtney Alexa Moskovitz both Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She also leaves a brother, Robert Trimarke and his wife Frankie Rae of Louisville, Kentucky; as well as many dear nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the M A S O N I C V I L L A G E CLUBHOUSE ASSEMBLY ROOM, 1000 Masonic Drive, Sewickley, PA 15143-2328 (412.741.1400).
