David E. Barkley, 44 of Whitehall (formerly of Scottdale) dedicated teacher at Langley H.S. and Youth Director at Spencer U.M.C. passed Thursday, January 27, 2011. Survived by his loving wife Jennifer Ansell Barkley and mother Nell Barkley Stewart; sisters: Diane Smith (Randy) and Debra Barkley; step brothers: DuWayne Stewart and Richard Stewart; nieces Stephanie and Stacey; father and mother-in-law Jessie Owen and Kathy Ansell; and sister-in-law Janine Rice (Ralph).

Visitation Monday at R.B. FERGUSON, Scottdale 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
