By Heraldstandard.Com 1 min read

A Uniontown man will serve up to nine years behind bars for the delivery of 1 kilogram of cocaine in 2010 under a plea struck with Fayette County prosecutors.

?Isaac Fabian, 27, entered pleas to possession, possession with the intent to deliver and delivery of cocaine on Wednesday before Judge Nancy D. Vernon.

When the seizure was made on Feb. 17, acting District Attorney Jack R. Heneks Jr. said it was the second biggest seizure made in the county.

A detective from the county’s drug task force said Fabian met with a confidential informant several times that day, eventually gave the informant a white garbage bag with two plastic bags inside. Each of those bags weighed about 1.1 pounds, which made the total alleged delivery 1 kilogram of cocaine.

Authorities said that amount is valued at about $100,000.

Included in the plea was the forfeiture of a Cadillac Escalade.

Vernon will sentence Fabian at a later date.
