Catherine D. Liptak ‘Aunt Honey’ Veach, 89, Grindstone, Pennsylvania died Saturday, July 2, 2011 in Arden Courts, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania.
She was born on Thursday, August 4, 1921 the Daughter of Mike Liptak and Katherine Rusinak Liptak.
She was a retired employee of United States Department of Defense.
She was predeceased by her Parents; Husband, Dalton L. Veach; Nephew, James Liptak
She is survived by her brother, Michael Liptak and his wife Sara of Grindstone; Nephews and Nieces: Michael and wife Rosemary, Bernie and wife Cheryl, Tommy and wife Lora Lee, Karen Angelilli and her husband Frank, Kathy Pellick and her husband Dale, Patricia Liptak, Terri Liptak.
Friends will be received in SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, July 6, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. where a Prayer Service will be held Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 9:30 a.m.
Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Cecilia Roman Catholic Church, Grindstone, with the Reverend Father James Petrovsky as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pennsylvania.
A Wake Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.
