?Uniontown police said they are investigating after a vehicle in Uniontown was damaged in a hail of bullets early Wednesday.

Officer Jonathan Grabiak said the shots were fired shortly after 1?a.m. near the intersection of Searight Avenue and Dunlap Street.

According to Grabiak, officers responding to the location found a truck owned by Jeffrey Able of Dawson with multiple bullet holes in the driver’s side of the vehicle.

Able owns J & B’s Bar, located near the intersection.

No one was injured as a result of the shots.

Grabiak said officers recovered 13 spent 9mm shell casings at the scene as well as other evidence and noted nine bullet holes in Able’s truck.

He also noted that while police were investigating at the location, a man, later identified as Kyle Ray Woodson, 32, of College Park, Ga., was taken into custody by police after repeatedly swearing at officers and harassing them.

Woodson, whom police do not suspect was involved in the shooting, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct and released.

Police said they are continuing to investigate the shots fired into the truck.
