Katherine Dice, age 85, of Smithfield, formerly of Mack Farm, was born in Masontown, Pennsylvania, passed away at home on Friday, July 8, 2011.

Survived by her children: Virginia Louk, Raymond T. Dice and Melvin Dice; grandchildren: William, Bobbie Jean, Scott, Jack, Bo, Heather, Michelle, Daniel, Christina, Melvin Jr., Tommy, Lisa; great grandchildren: Mark, Austin, Jayden, greatgrandchild on the way (Vanessa Renee or James Rolly Jr.); sister, Mary; niece; caregiver, Kathleen Kelly.
