All charged were dismissed Wednesday against a Uledi woman accused of trying to attack a Greene County man with a knife outside a bar in Carmichaels March 14.

?State police said Loretta Rock, 41, was charged before Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct following an altercation with Jeffrey Shane Danforth, 33, of Clarksville.

Watson dismissed the charges against Rock after Danforth failed to appear for a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon.

Police said the fight occurred at 8:40?p.m. outside a bar on South Street.

Rock and Danforth got into an argument, during which Rock pulled out a knife and threatened to cut Danforth’s throat, police said. Police said Rock then swung the blade at Danforth but did not cut him. Danforth was able to gain control of the weapon and call police.
