Donna Jean Smith, age 65, of Monarch, Pa., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 in her home.

She was born April 5, 1946 in Connellsville, Pa., the daughter of the late Paul Smith and Julia (Novonglosky) Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Calvey.

She is survived by her sister, Janet Smith Koontz of Connellsville, Pa.; her brother, Don ‘Smitty’ Smith of Monarch; nephew, Edward Smith; other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services are private and under the direction of the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa.
