There is still no start date for the sewer line installation project for the Swan plan, even though the contract for the work was awarded in April.

Fleming-Walker Inc. of Portersville submitted the low bid of $791,810, well under the estimated $1.2 million to $1.4 million cost anticipated for the project. There were 10 bids received for the work. The company has not yet been given the notice to proceed, however, because of glitches with its paperwork.
