Second man arrested in California homicide
State police early Saturday filed charges of criminal homicide, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and related crimes against David James McClelland, 36, of 12 School St., California, in connection with the death of Evelyn Stepko, 92, of Pike Rn Drive, California.
McClelland’s father, David Allan McClelland, 56, of 16 School St., was arrested in Stepko’s death Friday.
Both men are being held at the Washington County Jail without bond, with preliminary hearings scheduled for Wednesday.
