Mike N. “Nick” Duricic 66, of Daisytown, Pa. died on Wednesday, July 20, 2011.

He was born December 18, 1944 in Daisytown, Pa., a son of the late George and Katherine (Beck) Duricic.

After 40 years of service, he retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Mill in 2009.

Mr. Duricic was a member of the Hungarian Club of Daisytown, the Athletic Club of Daisytown, Slovak Club of Roscoe, Roscoe American Legion, Miners Club of Richeyville and the United Steel Workers of America Local No. 1187.

He enjoyed his family, working and fixing things around the house and playing cards.

Surviving are his significant other, Patty Joyce of Munhall, Pa.; two daughters, Sandy Falsis of Hampstead, Md. and Mary Ann Duricic of Vestaburg, Pa.; two sons, Joseph Duricic of Spokane, Wash. and Mike R. Duricic of Conneaut, Pa.; nine grand-children; Patty Joyce, and several nieces and nephews. He was the last of his immediate family.

Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a brother George D. Duricic and a sister, Mary Anne Cayton.

Friends will be received Monday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. in the JOHN B. GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, Pa. where prayers will be said on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Taylor Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa.
