Velva Jane Myers Summers, 93, of Smithfield, Pa. died July 24, 2011 with her loving family by her side.

The family will receive friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, July 28, 2011 until 10:00 a.m., the hour of service with Rev. George McLaughlin and Rev. Chuck McLaughlin officiating.

Interment will follow in the Fletcher Cemetery, Cheat Lake, WV.
