David Kennedy, 69, of Farmington, Pa. died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 as a result of an accident.
He was born March 25, 1943 in Chicago, IL.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa..
Additional visitation and funeral services will be held in Illinois.
