Timothy Ryan Cost
Timothy Ryan Cost, 38, of Maidsville, W.Va., was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 31, 2011.
Born in Morgantown on Mother’s Day, May 9, 1973, he was the beloved son of Clara Faulknier Edgell of Maidsville, and Robert and Nora Cost of Charlestown, West Virginia.
Timmy had attended University High School and was a member of the Crusade of Jesus Apostolic Church near Point Marion for the past 10 years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers: Robert Cost, Jr. and fiance’ Eugina Gump, Scott Cost and fiance’ Tracy Aleshire, Lee Roy Edgell, Jr. and wife Julie; a sister Tammy Cost-Jeffries and husband Dennis; two step-brothers and their wives, Raymond and Wendy Edgell, and Jackson and Lisa Cole; and a step – sister, Sherry Edgell. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, including his favorite little nephew, Lee Roy ‘Baby Lee’ Edgell, III, whom he loved, and who loved him very much. Tim was also adored by his church family and many friends.
He was predeceased by his step-father, Rev. Lee Roy Edgell on February 11, 2011; and by his maternal grand-parents, William and Lucille Faulknier and Loman and Sylvia Edgell; paternal grandmother, Mary Shoemaker; and several aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends in the CRUSADE FOR JESUS APOSTOLIC CHURCH U.S. Route 119 North of Point Marion, Pa. today and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1:00 p.m., with Reverend Glenn Walker officiating. Interment follows in Fort Martin Cemetery.
