Sandra Faye “Sandy” Kelley-Libertino, 59 years, of Smithfield, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly Friday, June 3, 2011 in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Family will receive Friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, June 8, 2011 until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with the Reverend Ronald Boyd officiating.

Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
