Sentences in Fayette County Court

Senior Judge Conrad B. Capuzzi recently handed down sentences in Fayette County Court.

Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the Interlock Program.

?Sentenced were:

Shaunise Karen Ransaw, 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first three months served on electronic monitoring, for simple assault.

Lindsey Ruth Doerr, 27, of Accident, Md., was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Calvin Brooks, 59, of Connellsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Leo David Williams, 27, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for accidents involving death or personal injury.

Robert Lee Haney, 54, of West Mifflin was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for unsworn falsification.

Jodi Defrank, 43, of Carmichaels was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks. In a second case, she was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with the first 18 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Terry L. Stewart, 27, of South Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for criminal mischief. In a second case, he was sentenced to six months probation for simple assault.

Cody Alan Salisbury, 21, of Point Marion was sentenced to a total of one year probation for possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

Duane Carnell Darst, 34, of Middleport, Ohio, was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property.

Richelle Yuvone Marilungo, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for buglary.

Blair Price, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for obstruction of the administration of law enforcement.

Melanie Pearl Rhodes, 28, of Clymer was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

Shane Michael Klink, 20, of Dunbar was sentenced to 30 days probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Rebecca Lynn Bass, 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Sereena Joelle Young, 24, of Thomas, W.Va., was sentenced to one year intermediate punishment, with the first six months served on electronic monitoring, for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Kristen Marie Brown, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking.

John Sullivan Pennington, 54, of Smithfield was sentenced to six months probation for indecent assault and an additional six months probation for unlawful restraint.

Miranda L. Arison, 29, of Dickerson Run was sentenced to seven to 18 months in prison in two cases that involved counts of retail theft and false identification. In a third case, she was sentenced to three to six months in prison for retail theft and 60 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Matthew S. Myers, 30, of Luxor was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Erik Louis Palmer, 22, of Fairchance was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Shelia Michelle Nethken, 36, of Morgantown, W.Va., was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Milani Renell Myers, 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of nine to 24 months in prison in two cases, each involving a count of possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Kristi M. Bogol, 47, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shannon Stallard, 34, of Bobtown was sentenced to one year probation for false identification.

Lorie A. Armel, 41, of Vanderbilt was sentenced to a total of six to 23 months in prison in two cases, each involving a count of possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Kristy Jo Riley, 26, of Waynesburg was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

William T. Mizerak, 59, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for criminal mischief.

Tremon D. Craggette, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for terroristic threats.

Gilbert Todd Ware, 51, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.
