Margaret E. McCoy, age 92 of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 in Uniontown Hospital.

She was born August 6, 1918 in Balsinger, daughter of the late Ruben Martin and Josephine (Bryan) Martin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Roberta O’Brien and Jean Miller and her brothers: Marshall Martin, Charles Martin, Dwayne Martin and Herbert Martin.

Margaret was a member of McClellandtown Presbyterian Church, The Circle Club and the Menallen Grange.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-nine Robert Gerald McCoy; sisters: Dawna Provance, Lorna Demeter, Lona Chambers, Norma Wilde and Eleanor Wolfe and her brothers: Robert Martin, Junior Martin and Ronald Martin.

Friends will be received in DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem today (Friday) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. , the Hour of Service with Rev. Roland M. O’Brien officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
