Local judge recovering after accident at her home
A local judge is continuing to recover from serious injuries she suffered in an accident at her residence in Wharton Township last month.
Magisterial District Judge Wendy D. Dennis said today that she is continuing to recuperate following the accident May 22 that that left her hospitalized in Pittsburgh for about a week with serious injuries.
While Dennis didn’t want to talk about the specifics of the accident, she said that she is on the mend and should resume her duties as magisterial district judge in North Union Township by late July or early August.
