Penn State Fayette awards scholarships to local students

Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, has awarded scholarships to the following students who will be incoming freshmen at the campus in fall 2011:

Colvin Adey of Connellsville, son of Colvin and Sue Adey, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in engineering.

?Jared Bigham of Mill Run, son of Donna and Ken Bigham, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in engineering.

Harrison Boyd of Vanderbilt, son of Dana and Harry Boyd, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in agricultural business management.

Emily Caldwell of Belle Vernon, daughter of Jamey and Becky Caldwell, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing.

Steven Ciez of Uniontown, son of Carl and Karen Ciez, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in engineering.

Sarah Cook of Elkton, daughter of Lisa Parkhill, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing.

Janelle Cooper of Mt. Braddock, daughter of Joel and Janice Cooper, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a physical therapist assistant degree.

Zachary Crum of Smithfield, son of James and Sharon Crum, is a recipient of an Eberly Family Business Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in business.

Alexandria Cubbage of Fairchance, daughter of Michelle and Christopher Johnson, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing.

Lucas Cumpston of Carmichaels, son of Johnna and Douglas Cumpston, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in environmental resource management.

Kevin Diamond of Waltersburg, son of Eugene and Patty Diamond, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in criminal justice.

Christopher Faddis of Waynesburg, son of Lisa and Timothy Faddis, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in mining engineering.

Jacqulyn Fyock of Masontown, daughter of Susan and Barry Fyock, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in geology.

Julia Guthrie of Jefferson, daughter of Russell and Lari Guthrie, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing.

Alex Hamborsky of Uniontown, son of Greg and Terrie Hamborsky, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue degrees in mechanical and nuclear engineering.

Mathew Heath of Plum City, son of Tom and Michelle Heath, is a recipient of a Penn State Mining Technology Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in mining technology.

Marissa Heavener of Uniontown, daughter of Rennie and Caroline Heavener, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in business administration.

Lee Higinbotham of Hopwood, son of Jodie Higinbotham, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in mining engineering.

Caroline Homulka of Greensburg, daughter of Jane and Bernie Homulka, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing.

Dennis Hussar of Belle Vernon, son of Dennis and Nancy Hussar, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in electrical engineering.

Jeffrey Jenkins of Uniontown, son of Susan Saavedra and Jeffrey Jenkins I, is a recipient of a Blue & White Scholarship. He plans to pursue a degree in psychology.
