Mary Tarano
Mary Tarano, 103, of Blainesburg, PA and a resident of Mount Macrina Manor passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2011.
She was born on September 14, 1907 in Uniontown, PA.
Mary retired from California University of PA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Tarano.
Mary is survived by her two daughters: Anna Despot of Low Hill, PA and Dorothy Oyenik of Grindstone, PA; four grandsons: John J. Despot and his wife Cynthia of Brownsville, PA, Steven Oyenik and his wife Terri of Fairchance, PA, Randy Oyenik of Brownsville, PA and Brian Oyenik of Monroeville, PA; four great-grandchildren: Kelsey, Nicholas and Emily Despot and Braden Oyenik.
Friends will be received in The SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 9 PM and on Friday until 11:00 AM, when a Funeral Service will be held with the Rev. Father Michael Huszti officiating.
Interment will follow in the Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Cemetery.
