Adah man to stand trial for aggravated assault by vehicle
An Adah man will stand trial for aggravated assault by vehicle after he allegedly crashed his pickup truck while intoxicated into another vehicle in German Township May 30.
State police Trooper Stefani Plume said Steve Martinko Jr., 50, of Adah was charged before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham with aggravated assault by motor vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of drunken driving, careless driving, reckless driving and seven additional traffic violations.
Martinko waived all charges against him to Fayette County Court during a preliminary hearing this morning before Abraham.
