Allen Keith “AK” Russell
Allen Keith “AK” Russell, 53, of Connellsville, Pa., formally of Dunbar passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at the Center for Compassionate Care, Pittsburgh.
He was born October 23, 1957 in Connellsville, the son of Robert Dale Russell and Mary Elizabeth Cover Russell.
He was employed at Eglin AFB, Valparaise, Florida in Park Maintenance and he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Rhonda Hull Russell; daughters: Sarah Michelle and Ashleigh Elizabeth; sisters and brother: Denise Lee Ceccorulli and husband, Steven, Robert (Bobby Dale) Russell II and wife, Gale Darlene, Michelle Pounds and husband, Alex and many nieces. nephews, great nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his baby brother, Jimmy Duane Russell.
Family will receive friends in the BURHAN-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville St., Dunbar, Pa. on Saturday from Noon to 6 p.m., a memorial service will be held Saturday at 6 p.m. with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
